The stylish Hedsor House wedding of S&Z took place on August 11th 2018 in this stunning Italianate-style mansion overlooking the River Thames. Their day oozed elegance and style yet remained fun and full of laughter!
The clear skies on that summer Monday morning only made Hedsor look even more majestic…
Upstairs in Hedsor’s elegant bridal suite Sandra and her family were enjoying the morning preparations. There was a very calm yet excited feel to the suite. Sandra looked effortlessly beautiful in her Pronovias gown which she paired with sparkly Nicholas Kirkwood pearl heels and a petite bouquet of roses by Richard Elder Floral Design.
Sandra’s dapper groom, who arrived in his Mercedes-Benz just ahead of the ceremony, wore a black Dior tux paired with a simple white rose boutonniere and bow tie. Their beautiful ceremony was shared with their family and friends in Hedsor’s centre hall!
After their ceremony we wondered off together for some beautiful couple portraits and a chance for S&Z to enjoy a few moments together as newlyweds! The celebrations continued with mocktails and canapes in the grounds before heading inside for a delicious wedding breakfast created by Caper & Berry! Then it was time to dance the night away… which they did, not only were S&Z’s guests utterly stylish but they knew how to move on the dance floor too!
Their beautiful wedding stationery created by the brilliant Eliza May Prints was not only the perfect way to excite their guests about their up and coming day it was also a beautiful backdrop for their wedding rings. It’s always lovely to include as many personal elements as I can into my couples photographs which then make for beautiful album spreads for their first heirloom.
I love these sweet moments between the bride and her family…
Oh veils – the perfect frame for a gorgeous romantic portrait!
Hedsor House really does have it all and it’s the perfect back drop for Fine Art Wedding Photography.
Just before I was due to leave Sandra’s Mum kindly insisted I leave with a piece of cake from Sugared Saffron Cake Studio’s creation and it didn’t disappoint. If you’re looking for a modern luxe wedding cake designer Asma is the lady to contact.
I can personally say their desert didn’t just look exquisite but was delicious too, Caper & Berry offered a fantastic service all day, looking after S&Z’s guests with mouth-watering food. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
Congratulations guys and thank you so much for trusting me to capture your most precious memories. I wish you a life time of happiness together and I’m so pleased you enjoyed your fabulous honeymoon in Santorini, what a way to kick off married life!
Sandra – “OMG I am lost for words! ALL the pictures are absolutely beautiful and I have a hard time finding my favourites because they all look amazing! You caught some pretty lovely moments and I’m so happy we got to work together and I really appreciate everything you’ve done. Hopefully we will work together again for some other event in the future. THANK YOU”
Hedsor House & Park really has to be one of my favourite UK wedding venues and I look forward to capturing more weddings there soon. Are you planning your wedding at Hedsor House, if so I’d love to hear from you!
With love,
