A HUGE congratulations to my gorgeous couple J&A! This past weekend I had the pleasure of capturing the luxury Braxted Park Wedding of Jennifer and Alexander at the Queen Anne style country house which is set in a 2,000 acre park near the village of Great Braxted. (A big Thank you to Janet for looking after us so well on the day). It was the perfect way to kick off spring!

The weather may have been a little gloomy but the beautiful colour palette that J&A had selected for their day certainly made up for the lack of sunshine.

The day began in the bridal area of Braxted where champagne was enjoyed, giggles echoed throughout the rooms and hair and make-up took place! Jen looked stunning in her lace sleeved Pronovias wedding gown with loose curl updo created by Angel Satwick. We took some beautiful bridal portraits in the orangery, with it’s hand-painted murals it felt like we were inside a beautiful Italian villa, dreamy indeed! You can actually have your indoor ceremony in this beautifully lit room, you really have to see it for yourself…

I told you it looked like an Italian villa!!

The beautiful blooms for Jen and Alex’s luxury Braxted Park wedding were created by uber talented florist Fallen Flower Design and featured gorgeous David Austin roses (my fav!) they really added to the elegant feel of the day.

With nerves and excitement at their peak we made our way to Great Braxted Church where Alex was waiting…

Watching Jen and Alex exchange giggles and loving gazes during their ceremony was a blessing, you could really feel the love they shared for one another…

This has to be one of my favs…

Before we knew it, we were heading back to Braxted, following the vintage Rolls Royce carrying the newlyweds for delicious canapés by Black Jacket Events and champagne before heading into the ballroom for their elegant wedding breakfast and speeches!

Throughout the corridors you could hear the beautiful sounds of their string quartet Sole Bay Strings who did a beautiful job of setting the perfect atmosphere.

Braxted Parks ballroom really does have it all and it’s the perfect back drop for fine art wedding photography and Jen’s choice of blooms created by Fallen Flower Design work perfectly with the elegant setting!

Their food didn’t just look exquisite it was delicious too, Black Jacket Events offered a fantastic service all day, looking after Jennifer and Alexander’s guests with mouth-watering food.

To finish off the day we headed to the walled garden via the beautiful imposing gates and lantern lined pathways for their first dance and cake cutting…

You just can’t beat a classic black and white first dance photograph…

Congratulations Mr and Mrs Bari and thank you so much for having me there to capture your most precious memories. I wish you a lifetime of happiness together and a fabulous honeymoon!
