Happy New Year lovelies, I hope you are having a wonderful start to the brand new year after a relaxing Christmas with your loved ones! I still can’t bring myself to take down our Christmas decorations so I decided I would keep the sparkle for the first two weeks of Jan! I’ll really miss them when I pull them down, it’s always the same you pull down the decorations and the room just feels so bare!
Do you always find it gets a little crazy before Christmas? I always intend to be so organised but it just comes around so fast (well this is what I tell myself). I always envy those super organised friends who seem to have it all together by Nov 1st and who are ready to enjoy the party season as soon as Dec 1st comes around… How do they do it?! New Years Resolution N°1 – Not to go to bed on Christmas Eve at 1am due to last minute preparations!
Me and hubby during the madness before Christmas did manage to grab a few hours together and made these beautifully smelling pomanders in front of the Christmas tree, we had fun listening to Christmas music on the sofa in our pj’s!
